Contrairement au moulage par injection, o\u00f9 des pi\u00e8ces individuelles sont produites par cycles, l'extrusion fonctionne sans interruption, ce qui en fait l'une des m\u00e9thodes les plus efficaces pour la fabrication de tubes, de profil\u00e9s, de joints, de tiges, de gaines de c\u00e2bles et d'innombrables autres composants en plastique.<\/p><p>Le processus commence par des granul\u00e9s de plastique, qui sont automatiquement introduits dans l'extrudeuse par une tr\u00e9mie. Selon l'application, ces granul\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre constitu\u00e9s de PVC, de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne (PE), de polypropyl\u00e8ne (PP), d'ABS, de TPU ou de nombreux autres mat\u00e9riaux thermoplastiques. Des additifs tels que des stabilisants UV, des pigments de couleur, des retardateurs de flamme ou des modificateurs d'impact peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre m\u00e9lang\u00e9s au mat\u00e9riau avant le traitement afin d'obtenir des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques ou environnementales sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p><p>\u00c0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'extrudeuse, une vis rotative de pr\u00e9cision transporte la mati\u00e8re \u00e0 travers plusieurs zones fonctionnelles. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les granul\u00e9s avancent, ils sont progressivement comprim\u00e9s, chauff\u00e9s et m\u00e9lang\u00e9s pour former un polym\u00e8re fondu homog\u00e8ne. Des \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants externes, associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la friction g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par la vis rotative, assurent une fusion constante et un flux de mati\u00e8re stable.<\/p><p>Une fois que le polym\u00e8re a atteint la temp\u00e9rature et la viscosit\u00e9 requises, il est forc\u00e9 \u00e0 travers une fili\u00e8re d'extrusion usin\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision. La fili\u00e8re d\u00e9termine la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie finale de la section transversale du produit, qu'il s'agisse d'un tube rond, d'un profil technique complexe ou d'un composant con\u00e7u sur mesure. Comme le mat\u00e9riau sort de la fili\u00e8re dans un \u00e9tat ramolli, il ne peut pas encore conserver ses dimensions exactes.<\/p><p>Pour obtenir la pr\u00e9cision dimensionnelle, le profil p\u00e9n\u00e8tre imm\u00e9diatement dans un syst\u00e8me de calibration, qui utilise souvent la technologie du vide pour stabiliser le produit tout en pr\u00e9servant sa forme. Cette \u00e9tape est particuli\u00e8rement critique pour les profil\u00e9s et les tubes de pr\u00e9cision, o\u00f9 m\u00eame de l\u00e9gers \u00e9carts dimensionnels peuvent affecter l'assemblage, l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 ou la fonctionnalit\u00e9 du produit.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s \u00e9talonnage, l'extrusion passe par une section de refroidissement contr\u00f4l\u00e9. Selon le mat\u00e9riau et la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie du produit, le refroidissement peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide de bains d'eau, de refroidissement par pulv\u00e9risation ou de refroidissement par air. Le refroidissement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 \u00e9vite la d\u00e9formation, minimise les contraintes internes et assure une qualit\u00e9 de produit constante tout au long de la s\u00e9rie de production.<\/p><p>Les lignes d'extrusion modernes surveillent en continu les dimensions du produit \u00e0 l'aide de syst\u00e8mes de mesure laser en ligne et d'autres \u00e9quipements de contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9.
