In this process, a second thermoplastic material – optimized for bonding – is extruded alongside the main profile. This method creates a strong, permanent bond between the profile and the target surface, without the need for additional adhesives or manual steps.

For prototypes, pilot projects, or low-to-medium production runs, a more flexible and cost-effective option is the use of industrial-grade double-sided adhesive tape. In this setup, we apply the tape onto the extruded profile either during or after production, offering quick and convenient mounting for less demanding applications.
